What does it mean to move together, while also making space for our individual stories to move us in unique ways? Join dance artist Cheryl Delostrinos in this all-levels, intergenerational online movement workshop that will guide participants to listen to their bodies, let go of judgment and expectation, connect with each other, build space for community, and move together. We’ll consider what it means to thrive collectively as we connect our bodies to our stories.
Recommended for ages 8 and up (adult collaborators suggested for younger participants).
ABOUT THE ARTIST
Cheryl Delostrinos is a Filipino American dance artist born and raised in Seattle.
